Can speakers be replaced

Yes they can based on size, wattage and impedance (ohms), even parts of speakers!

What is the impedance of the midrange speaker and the tweeter speaker in the Pioneer cs r5100 ? I have the crossovers and the woofers I use for my front channels (L&R)

If you are running three 8 ohm speakers in parallel then the total impedance would be 2.667. If running two 8 ohm and one 6 ohm speaker in parallel you would have 2.4 ohms. This will burn out your amp pretty quick. And very possible won't play at all. Though I have never attempted to play a home amp down that low in ohms. Guessing you may have an older model Denon type amp.

Speaker rattle

Yes, but you need to replace the entire speaker. The 1505 and 1508 use a different magnet though they look similar..

I need a color coded wiring diagram for a peavey PV115 speaker cabinet.

Usually the colors you will find are red and black pair and yellow and white... USUALLY the red/blk pair go to the tweeter horn with red going to the + lead of the horn drivers. Usually the yellow/white pair go to the woofer with the white going to the + lead of the woofer in Peavey speakers... HOWEVER you never know if someone has rewired the cabinet so going by colors is NOT the best way to go... This should have the "soundgard" circuit in it and the lead that goes throught the lamp and resistor that is NOT connected to the inout jack is the TWEETER + lead. The pair that connects to the inout jack DIRECTELY is the woofer leads and the TIP connection of a 1/4 inch jack is the + woofer lead. Verifying these connections is the best method.

Hello there i have a mackie srm 450 speaker system and im not getting any high end tweeter sounds just bass only what coule be the problem manay thanks Paulie

The most common cause of this is a blown horn. A replacement can be ordered from Mackie directly. Remove the screws that hold the plastic horn in place. At the rear of this part will be the tweeter assembly that unscrews from the horn. This needs to be replaced.

Another possibility is that the tweeter driver has broken from the horn itself and is inside the cabinet. Remove the horn and you may find that the aluminum part has broken. Replace the horn which comes with that part and you should be fine.

Wiring my car stereo

This is not something that can be done here. It's too complex. The best solution would be to learn how all of this works. From then on, you will not need a diagram. The following site covers virtually everything you'll need to know.
