SOURCE: 2002 Honda XR 250 R new clutch adjustment

No adjustments or measurements needed.. The key thing is the clutch plate installation sequence. If the outer plate is a fiber plate, then you need to be sure the new clutch has a fiber plate as its' outer plate.

SOURCE: need to know how to set timing on 1989 xr 250 r motor cycle

The ignition timing on your bike is CDI based and cannot be changed. Absolutely no way to change it. Valve timing is a different matter and involves static timing marks on the OHC gear. If the bike runs at all then the valve timing is set properly as is.

SOURCE: need to reconnect tail lights, blinkers, stoplight 08 honda crf450x

CRF450x rear wiring is as follows:
Green/yellow stripe-tail light only earth
green-blinkers+tail light.Common neutral.
brown- tail light power
blue- right blinker
orange- left blinker

Make sure the neutral wire from the blinkers are connected on a single line to the green wire from the tail light.

I'm not sure with after market lights so if there is not a connection for the earth there may be a screw point. If you can take the lense of the light you should be able to see the connection points.

Cdi

Do not use a universal CDI unless you have the exact wiring cross-over diagram, or have tech help from the manufacturer. You can short out the CDI and other ignition components like the stator.

Installing turn signals

I would assume this is to make bike road legal
To add turn signals You can add some signal relays and wire up to battery and a switch so each time you turn for left or right it triggers relay which triggers the light ..

Blinkers don't blink ,where is the relay switch on 1992 honda xr

Usually found under the seat. It will have either 2 or 3 wires going to it.
Trick is to turn blinkers on, and disconnect relays until lights go out.
Then you have found correct relay.
It does sound like a faulty relay

Wheres the battery???

Hi ..... Do you have an ignition switch ? I'm sure all the early XR's didn't have a battery or ignition switch .............. just kick and go. Fitted with an ignition pack, you kick and it generates sparks. In the UK if you used one on the road insurance wouldn't cover you for Theft as they were too easy to steal.
Let me know how you get on.
