I believe that the monitor is burn out but not sure the screen is black I can see something but very poorly I plug a dell monitor in and I can see fine is my laptop display burned out??

Or www.digikey.com just make sure to use caps with low ESR, 105c, high ripple current, long life rating such as PANASONIC FM or FC series.
