Hi satish,
You have to check 2 things regarding this problem
1)check if you hav saved that number under 2 different names. because if you have done so, then the phone will not know which name to display ending up not showing any.
2) check if you have saved 2 different numbers for the same name.
I guess your problem will be solved if you check the above options

Thanks.

Incoming calls doesnt show names just "call"

its either because you don't have caller Id
if thats not the case
call your service provider and they will take it from there.

No caller name appears for the numbers already saved with name

Try to save the numbers when the call comes to you phone and if this brings out the memorry then the saved memory must be stored with the Country and STD codes.
If not there are errors in the software and you can try and reset to default settings.

My sim card is in and my phone book is showing but my txts show up as numbers instead of the peoples names?

make sure that none of the phone numbers are saved with a "1" in front of the area code - that is usually what causes it to come up as a number instead of a name.

Numbers not names

Hi

Just check in the phone book whether the number saved in the phone book or sim card or momory card are saved twice with 2 different or same name. if it is saved with 2 different name/same name. nokia phone gets confused which name to be displayed and he flash only the mobile number and not the name.

Message problems

This is a pretty common issue: the number that you are receiving is different from the one you have programmed in your handset: just look at the called received log and change the number in your address book to 'exactly' what you see (you can of course re-saved this number from your log context menu options). The usual issue is with receiving a 'non-local' number with a Country and Area Code or a 'local' number which also append Country/Area code in the call-id.
Hope it helps and let me know how you go.

Is there any way to make the persons name appear for a text

It should be as simple as adding their name and number to the address book on the phone.

Make sure to list the number under the Mobile Phone line.

While in the address book, there is usually a line that says "New Entry" or "Add number" etc...(without the type of phone I cant get specific).

Another method is to into the text message itself and do an options click (again without the phone cant be specific) and there should be an option to add the number to the address book.

Messaging Inbox And Outbox Issue

hi im josh in cebu phils. Friend as a mobile phone technicians we have encountered a lot of this problem. Here are the things to do to solve your problem.
1. Try to check whether you haven't save the same numbers at your phone book because doing a such may cause this problem. Because when two numbers with the same file name are already save in.it will cause the memory to mislead which of the two would be displayed in the screen. remember all the numbers are save in the memory and everytime the number will send a message it will be registered to the memory and thats the time it will react the match number assigned to the filename designated to the number who sent and display the name on the screen. and if there are two numbers saved with same file name the software will discredit or discard the file name to be displayed thats why it appears only a number.
the best thing to do check the number and avoid duplication so that you may keep away such problem.
2. Check the phone setting display number and be sure it is enable to Name or Name and number format.
thats all friend good luck hope i helped you.
