Question about Palm TX Handheld
My TX is less than 3 months old and the digitizer is 'way out of sync' I cannot communicate with a person who speaks understandable English eventho I have tried 3 times, including asking for the manager/supervisor as suggested by a Palm sales person. (I was told that if I ask for a mgr/super. I would be transferred to Texas, which would probably solve the communication problem! NOT!) I also cannot locate an email address to communicate. The home office phone # here in CA will not allow me out of voice mail hell. OR, how do I get the digitizer fixed on my new Palm TX which is supposedly under warranty for 1 year?!

Well you have 2 options to resolve the issue. 1. You can perform a Hard reset on the device or 2.You can contact Palm support channal and chat with a live person and then send the device to repair. http://www.palm.com/us/support/help/chat.html Click on the above link to chat with a live palm agent.
