Talk to or email customer support who can speak English
My TX is less than 3 months old and the digitizer is 'way out of sync' I cannot communicate with a person who speaks understandable English eventho I have tried 3 times, including asking for the manager/supervisor as suggested by a Palm sales person. (I was told that if I ask for a mgr/super. I would be transferred to Texas, which would probably solve the communication problem! NOT!) I also cannot locate an email address to communicate. The home office phone # here in CA will not allow me out of voice mail hell. OR, how do I get the digitizer fixed on my new Palm TX which is supposedly under warranty for 1 year?! Thanks a bunch for any help you may offer! Lezlie

If you use Microsoft Office Outlook 2007 on Windows XP or Windows Vista, you'll need this update to perform Sync operations with Outlook's Calendar, Contacts, Tasks and Notes, as well as optional non-wireless Email sync. Here's the link for the updatefirst detach your palm from pc thenjust click, download update and restart your pc http://palmone.r3h.net/downloads.palm.com/palmoutlook2007conduits.zip
When the battery is discharged, it is best to charge it overnite.
Have you reset the TX?
Hold the power button down and push in the reset button on the back of the TX with the stylus. Hold the power button down until you get the screen where it ask you if you want to erase/reset the unit. click yes to reset.
Then when it comes back up, re-sync it with the Palm Desktop on your computer.
If I could be of further assistance, let me know. If this helps or solves the issue, please rate it. Thanks, Joe
assuming that you use your palm tx on a windows xp system, files from the emails could be corrupted. are you using palm desktop or outlook?
if you are using palm desktop, you can rename the back-up folder to old and try to resync
Same happened to my 3 month old TX. I just recharged it, and all was OK! Sounds strange at first, but in my hometown, it is very humid, so maybe it got some moist inside and that caused some variations in the power or battery or voltage... dunno, maybe you need some cleaning, or try to calibrate while plugged.
