Okay, you need to reset the wireless module by following the instructions below to fix the issue.
    1) Make sure you have the Rear speakers plugged into the SWA3000, Front speakers plugged into the HTS base and the TX card plugged into the HTS base.
    2) Turn off HTS base and Turn on wireless receiver
    3) Get remote control and a Pin in hand and stand next to the Wireless receiver
    4) Point remote control at HTS base and hold Remain until a blue/red light blinks on base
    5) Let go of remain and with a Pin - press RESET on wireless base 5 times, quickly.
    6) After the 5th time press power on remote control to turn on HTS base
    7) Repeat if process does not work, if it still doesn’t work then service is needed

Here is how I reset. Key terms to identify: Main unit, remote unit, transmission card, reset button on remote unit. 1. Unplug both units and remove transmission card from rear of Main unit. 2. Wait five minutes. Insert transmission card in rear of Main. 3. Turn on both units. If units do not communicate, there will be a solid red indicator on remote unit...In this case continue with 4. Use remote and turn off main. 5. Point remote at main and enter the following four digits, holding each down for about a second:  0   1   3   5 6. The main unit should turn on. 7. With remote unit on, press and hold down the reset button for 5 seconds.

Sorry, prior post in my name is confusing because of the formatting.

In step 5...there are just four digits 0,1,3 and 5.

    Step 6 follows the 5 and is confusing.  Just "0"  "1"  "3"  "5"

Some of my speakers arn't playing sound on my HT-E555OW

If you are trying to play a cd, you must manually tell the unit to play it in surround sound. Cd audio defaults to stereo only. Does it do the same thing if you are playing a dvd? If it happens on dvd's as well, then something in the speaker setup menu is wrong.

How to I get my surround sound speakers to work with the cable box?

One way would be to connect one of the the digital audio outputs to the HT as an input (HDMI or optical digital audio).

Another would be to select one of the DSP modes that uses surround speakers. They work with all input modes.

Hi, Ive tried to set up my samsung blue ray

It seems as though the HT works fine, so to get the TV itself to play through the HT setup, take the audio out from the TV and hook it up to a separate channel on the HT receiver. Turn on TV and receiver and put the receiver on the respective channel of the receiver. I hope this helps.

My main unit will not connect to the rear unit

I had a similar problem but mine cut out intermittently.
First, check to make sure the speakers are plugged in solidly. I was plugged into an outlet with a fancy cover and it caused the connection to short out intermittently.

2. Make sure all your wires are securely attached to the receiver unit.

3. If that doesn't work, try turning off the wirless speakers and the Home Theater system and then turn on both of them.

If one of these doesn't work, Samsung has chat support available onlline.

Good Luck!

Home Cinema Samsung HT Z310R- Speakers not working with TV

Hi,
You need just one cable that goes from your TV to your HT system.
On your TV you should see an RCA jack for "AUDIO OUT" and you need to plug that into your AUXILLARY "AUDIO IN" on your HT system
When you are watching TV and you want the sound to come through the HT system, just set the HT system to "AUX" mode. Most Samsung systems will have 3 'AUX' modes, set the remote on 'AUX 1' then wait a few seconds, if no sound comes through then set it on "AUX 2" wait a few seconds and if it doean't work try AUX 3.
Hope that helps.
