Question about Sony PlayStation Portable (PSP) Console
My son accidentally put in a lock on the system and now we can't play movies because we don't know the password
First, start DVD and then Stop Playback, at the control panel select "Setup" icon ( its look like bag icon), then press X, Select "Parental Control" press X,
the screen to enter a password is displayed, press the "Select" button to clear the password. or by select a Restriction level, press X, then set level to "Off"..
hope this help..

a 6ya expert can help you resolve that issue over the phone in a minute or two.
best thing about this new service is that you are never placed on hold and get to talk to real repairmen in the US.
the service is completely free and covers almost anything you can think of (from cars to computers, handyman, and even drones).
click here to download the app (for users in the US for now) and get all the help you need.
