I just got a sansa c250 mp3 player. I loaded mp3 music onto it and it played but I couldn't control it. The buttons wouldn't respond. It would always just start from the first track but I couldn't stop it without turning it off. So I tried to format and reinstall the music but I lost the basic files/software initially on it, Can I get the software anywhere. Do I have a bad unit? The buttons don't seem to work. Thanks!

The song maybe playing so that it could not be deleted, shut it down and try again. If not, it may get a virus. So you need to get rid off it by using an anti-virus software.

Can't get connection when I plug my MP300-2G into my USB port... HELP!

your mp3 probably just ned software . what you can do is that on the same package where you got your mp3 from you can go ahead and see if there is a website reffering to your mp3 once there try to look for software or something and if that doesnt work then try googling it.

Dell DJ

Unfortunately, it looks like the only available software still is the firmware for the device:

Drivers are not necessary. You need Windows XP / SP2 and Windows Media Player 10 or higher. They supply all the necessary drivers. Best of Luck.
