Workpad won't turn on (by 2 users)

I charged my workpad. Now the green light stays on and it wont turn on. I tried pushing the reset button but I don't know what is wrong?

I have the same problem.

Mine will not turn on either. When I take it off the cradle the green light goes out and the workpad is dead. There is power to the cradle, but the battery test open. I'm waiting to hear from the supplier, but comments are welcome.
