Question about Cameras
I just turned on my P800 camera and i tried to view my pictures, but it has frozen. It wont turn off, i have tried everything i know (however i have a very limited knowledge of camera's). Any help would be much appreciated. my camera will switch on but pictures can't be viewed and there is no display on the screen. it won't switch of and the lense won't go back in. i've taken out the battery but it doesn't make a difference

I would keep my finger on the turn-off button for at least 20 seconds to see if this switches it off. Failing that I would take out the batteries to switch off and then re-insert the batteries & see if it works this time. I am not an expert but have found the first point works on laptops. Good luck.
