Try the service entry information in the web site above. In the service mode you may get more range out of the settings.

BUT: Be very careful; be sure to write down every move you make becauseit is very, very difficult to get back to the original settings if youdon't know what they were.

You may have to do some hunting once in the service mode to find theadjustments that will bring the set back to its original qualities.

And, it may have some problem,

Hi,
a 6ya expert can help you resolve that issue over the phone in a minute or two.
best thing about this new service is that you are never placed on hold and get to talk to real repairmen in the US.
the service is completely free and covers almost anything you can think of (from cars to computers, handyman, and even drones).
click here to download the app (for users in the US for now) and get all the help you need.
goodluck!

Pictures are to dark

In order to adjust the ISO; please go into the Menu (Capture+ tab) and set the ISO for 64, 100 or 200 in order to reduce the darkness. However this will lead to slower shutter speeds in low light.

Also try different SCN and ISO to see if problem still persists.
If the problem is intermitted, try to find a pattern in to when the faulty pictures appear.

Picture getting dark

My jvc 27" tv was so dark I could hardly see any night scenes, even with the bright all the way on. If you push the sleep button, let go, then hold down the video and display (together), the service menu will come on. Scroll down to #7 (too dark) and adjust the brightness there. Works immediately. Good luck.
