I keep getting message that insert aio software npi disk what should i do ?? i dont have this cd

the AIOsoftwareNPI is found in HP all-in-one printer CD.. put your HP all in one CD installer into CD room. restart your computer, after the boot it will automatically install the AIOsoftwareNPI.
Since I don't know what exactly your product is I can't help any further. Sorry.
You might find it here, there may even be an ISO you can burn to disk if you don't have your old one or can't borrow one. Good luck.

There is a coffee mug that scrolls across the screen every minute or so. This is not a screen saver. Any suggestions?

Hello ,
Must be a kind of unknown apps installed in your system due to virus, try scanning your system completely in safemode. Scaning with eset nod32 is safer than anyother antivirus.

Hello, I believe the best solution to this problem is getting the vista version of the advanced mass sender. But if that doesn't solve the problem check your anti-virus because it will detect your mass sender as a spamming software and wont allow it to run. Hope this solution is helpful Have a wonderful day.

EVERY TIME I TRY TO OPEN A PROGRAM ON MY COMPUTER

Does this happen no matter what kind of file you try to open?
It could be as simple as you don't have the right software installed that can open this kind of file, or it may be an infestation of a virus of some kind. I would need to know more to really say.
Try to open a file that you are positive you have software to open it with. Even just try right clicking on your desktop someplace and choose New --> Text Document. Find the icon on your desktop that you just created, and try to open it. If you can't, then you either have a virus or some serious corruption on your hard disk. My bet would be virus. Do a good thorough virus scan with something like Avast (www.avast.com). I like avast because it has a boot-time scan, which scans your computer after you reboot and before Windows starts.

Good luck! Let me know if I can help any further.
Please leave me a rating if this was helpful!

Sounds like a monitor issue at this point (blurry screen). Try switching monitors to see if same problem or test your monitor on another system.

If not the monitor, could be video card or driver. It possible that you have spyware or malware, also. If not the monitor, when the computer does start, go into Safe Mode (F8). If Safe Mode loads OK, select a System Restore point from a date when all was OK. Hope this helps.

Start up problem

Download the "windows Installer cleanup utility" from microsoft --
After installing it on your computer, go to it from your programs menu and select AiO software NPI ... from the list of programs
presented. Hit the button to remove, don't worry about the pop up window that says you had a system error, just agree with it.
