Need instructions for the Manfrotto 127VS Dolly...
I bought a new Manfrotto 127VS Dolly and never had to use it. Now I've relocated and lost the instructions. I need to use it on an upcoming shoot and I was wondering where I might find an instruction manual.

The head is mounted on the base by a 3/8" screw. The head is held in place by 3 set screws in the base. Turn tripod upside down, loosen (or if completely removed, do not lose them) those 3 screws, turn tripod rightside up and unscrew head from tripod. If unable to turn head, loosen screws a little more. If scres are removed and heaf still not comeing off, Use pipe wrench or afjustable pliers wrapped in cloth to preven maring and loosen. (looking from top, or birds eye view, turn head counter-clockwise
Depends upon the brand. Manfrotto and Bogen tripods have bolts on the back of most of theirs that you can turn, a quarter of a turn each time, while checking if the tension is enough.. Do not over tighten or you risk bending or breaking other parts. Many brands including but not limited to Sony or RCA or Ambico are not adjustable and if the tripod was inexpensive, are not repairable. In which case you buy abother.
loose the small hex scew on the lever side. turn in the leverto lower the distance. fix the small hex screw to block the lever on the bolt again. be sure that you did not loose the 2 3/ 16"balls on the lever side and the 9 balls on the other side good luck
