Olympus SP550UZ photos saved on camera memory not card
I forgot to take my memory card one day & didn't realize till I got home & have pics in the onboard memory. I have lost the USB cable so can't download to the computer. Is there a way to transfer the pics to the memory card? Any suggestions would be appreciated. Thanks in advance Julie

Is this camera a camera with a memory card?
Transferring picture is a very simple process all you need is to get a card reader. Then you place the memory card of your cam in the card reader and is the pc adaptor . It will open on your pc as a pen-drive.
follow the option to copy photos then go to >My Computer > there should be a removable drive, then click and open it and keep clicking on the folder till it brings you to a picture directory. From there you can just copy and save photos.
Hi, if you go into camera setup and make sure that the digital zoom is on then the camera will automatically go seemlessley from optical to digital zoom when the maximum optical zoom is reached. The digital zoom can only be used in certain modes, so if you cannot change the digital zoom to on because it is 'greyed out' change the camera shooting mode. please can you clarify the second request. Kind regards
If you are using a memory card, take no more pics until you've recovered the photos, take the card out of the camera. This is to reduce the chance of you overwriting some of your "lost" photos. There are many good freeware photo recovery software options that are available to help you recover your photos. This blog article reviews and outlines several of the better ones.
