Most likley problem is the door is not closing properly or the door latch switch is faulty. This means the dishwasher controller is not getting the right signal before commencing the wash cycle.
Need to check the closure of the latch. If this is ok then replace the door switch.

broken door cord. remove side panels and relace. this is a cheap and easy fit. make sure you replace both sides at the same time, you will most likely find it is only one side broken at this stage, but the cords do not last very long.<!-- from fixya rte -->

Had a similiar problem I tried reducing water pressure from water inlet (external to dishwasher) and this worked to a certain degree, although may result in being unable to fill, if you turn down too far. Water silencer (try plumbing stores) was fitted between mains and dishwasher and this fixed the problem.<!-- from fixya rte -->
agreed O3 is not a LG error code. OE is more likely and if so it could be the main pcb faulty, a blocked drain pump or a blocked spigot under the sink where the drain hose connects onto.
