If you only use one brand or type of paper try switching to a different brand, you can also get what is called platen restorer, this is used to clean the paper feed rollers.

My Xerox Phaser 6128MFP printer flashes a red light with a "Load paper in Tray" message, when the specific paper size and type are already same in the tray.

If the paper size is correct in the printer and the printer and it's possible to print off a test print in both the printer control screen or directly from the print driver utilities if that works then the only thing I can suggest is the item you want to print is defaulted to a different size. i.e. Check that the word processor your using is set to the size you have in the printer. Imperial size pages will look very similar on screen as does the A4. Printers don't automatically fix paper print sizes you just have to check and recheck for differences. Removing the tray only reafirms to the printer that the size might be incorrect and your going to fit the correct size.
As for the red light all printers behave differently in certain error conditions. Have you also tried to print out something you printed at a time the printer was working correctly. In other words try printing out a different file. Maybe, trying to print off a test print of one line of the alphabet, and then go from there.
Good luck,

We have a Canon Image Runner 3235 that is hooked up to a network. Every time we try to send more than one document to print off we get the error message to load paper and it doesn't need any paper. ...

Hello,
if the message add paper related with specific paper size i.e. add A4 paper in drawer, first you need to check is the paper senzor in drawer set to correct paper size - it is blue circle with markins of paper size. Second thing under printer driver properties on PC check if the correct paper size is choosen.

Hope that helps!

CANON MF4140 'LOAD CORRECT PAPER CASSETTE : LTR'

I had the same cr@p of the problem yesterday. The problem was not in the paper. You have to do 2 simple things, from which one will solve the problem.
first, download the latest drivers and install them.
And the more important thing, the problem occurred due to incorrect paper format. Solution is very simple. Open MS word or something similar, file->print.. and before you print open Properties menu. There for the Output Size will be selected "Match Page Size". you don't want that (i don't know why it doesn't work), but the solution is manually select A4, or whatever your page size is.

Cannot print from Tray 1 in Gestetner 6002

First make sure that the machine is reading/ seeing the paper size of the paper that is in the tray ( select tray 1 from the touch screen and see what the paper size reads). If the machine sees a different size then that in the tray, use the 'user tools' and change the paper for that tray. Also, go into your printer settings on/in your computer and make sure that the proper paper size is selected ( the size that is in the tray you want to print from). If the orientation of the paper size is different from the tray -- will not print and give you the error.

seems that y´all experiencing various paper feeding issues
check first for recommended paper type

that printer should handle 4x6´s up to 8.5x11´s
and if it can´t feed a particular size - hardware issue & check your warranty status with the manufacturer
