Question about Kodak EASYSHARE M763 Digital Camera
The camera was left in the car in a purse all day and it probably reached a temp of 120 degrees and now the rear screen either does not turn on or it just stays black. please give me advise or tell me where i can send it, it is only one year old
Try to do this.
1. Turn the camera off.
2. Take out the batteries and wait about 10 seconds.
3. Replace the batteries with new or freshly charged batteries.
4. Remove the memory card from the camera.
5. Turn the camera back on.
If this does resolve the issue, you will need to send the camera in for repair. go to www.kodak.com/go/itg to set up repair
