    I have a 32" ILO TV Model# ITW3206
    Serial # V26635734. The TV has Sound, but no picture. What could be the problem.

TA connecter loose, No Vcc to IC2K01,
IC9C00, IC9C10, IC9C20
Try resoldering the vertical output IC this is a common problem.

    or it may be the problem of convergence board.replace the pcb convergence board,, It takes 10 minutes to replace you will have to manually line up your convergence afterward as the settings go to factory default. Everyone that owns this set has or will have to replace this part within 3 years

I advise u to check with a flashlight against the screen for picture, and  if present backlight inverter has failed.. u ll hav to replace it..

Have you checked fuses it might have been blown ?

Have you checked the Video jacks?
You may have one loose or going bad
Another chance is bad horizontal output transistor.

Try a hard reset. Unplug for an hour and then plug back in to see if it will go back to factory settings. Secondly see if there is an inline fuse that has gone off in the projector assembly. Third test to see if perhaps the projection illumination assembly is working properly you might have a problem with the illumination bulb etc. Good Luck and hurry there are alot of great football games on this weekend. :)

Sounds like a loose video connection. Try re-attaching your cables. Also, see if the same thing is happening with DVD's

yes 3x its lamp cover no doubt. ballast supply will give different error on this unit. this should help hdtv man

I have a 46" DLP TV, I have sound but no picture. But I can play a DVD, and it works fine.


Does the dvd have picture when playing or no picture no matter what?

You can try switching cables.

Do you know if the screen is on?

TV Picture Goes Black


I had the same exact problem.
I removed the bulb and cleaned it. There is a small screen at the top of the bulb and it was covered with dust. Once it was cleaned I replaced the bulb and it solved the problem.
