Fix usb motherboard conflict?

With any conflict it is a good idea to remove what caused the conflict, so if you just added a video camera and it conflicts with something else, you can remove one or both of the items. If both items come with installation programs, un-install both of them and add the newest item first and install the software, then add the oldest one and install the software.
if neither helps contact the manufacture of the items that are causing the problem as they may have had more than one person with the same problem and they can quickly advise a remedy.
If you have adjusted any of your bios setting in relation to the IRQ's, either reset back to defaults or set it to automatically configure.

I only want to use the left click to click on items and not thave the touch pad click on items

Yes, depending on what mouse you have, most of the time you need to install it, if its not installed, go to the control panel, select the mouse category, This will help install the drivers. Should solve the problem. If mouse driver is installed, control panel, select mouse category, and a mouse properties box will display.. check to make sure the switch primary and secondary buttons option is not checked.

Power loss after 2 seconds from booting up.

Best solution I can think of is Step by Step

Remove those items again and Step by Step, 1 by 1 install each item.

If each item installs ok one by one, then leave in one item at a time. Slow process yes, but you might find which item is causing the conflict.

If you install smething an the machine fails Remove it and the Item before it, then install the Item that failed and try it again.

If it fails then it could be the item not the PSU.

If it fails because of all the items... Then you may need to upgrade your PSU
