the blue lights will not go on at all, and iv tried to change the bateries and i put in a new batery pack still nothing, the hand on the screne will not show up either. the other remotes light will flash when u hit a button, but this one nothing will happen at all.

- I don't know if it is my sensor bar or the control, but I have changed the batteries in the control and the lights flash but I cannot get the hand to go on the screen. Do I need to replace the senor bar?- tasha2131

Try windex on the sensor bar on top of your TV. Also check that the sensor bar is properly connected, it's not reading that particular remote.
