Re: can't get out of being on safe mode
That's a display driver problem, I think.
when in safe mode,
Rightclick th MY COMPUTER icon, and Click MANAGE
click then on DEVICE MANAGER, on the right expand the DISPLAYCONTROLLED and rightclick your device then UNINSTALL.
accept all, and reboot normally the cpu, it will normally reboot twice one to detect and reinstall driver, another to use that renewed config

reboot it in safe mode and if it shows desktop restart once again
booting in safemode hold F8 while restarting your machine choose start window in safe mode and hit enter
best of luck
if problem wont solve let me know please i will tell you another way
Try start up in Safe Mode press F8. Choose Safe Mode, when at the choice window, to select either Safe Mode Desktop, OR System Restore, chooses system restore and choose a time before you had the "Problem" and follow instructions. This should get you back.
The screen goes black while in normal mode right? So try to boot in safe mode (power on then keep tapping F8 then select safe mode). Check if still happens in safe mode.
If screen does not goes black in safe mode it means there might be a software or driver causes problem when running in normal mode. You can try the following (update your anti virus software then run a full system scan, uninstall the video driver then download and install the latest one, uninstall any previous windows update or you can system restore to the time when it was working fine).
If the screen goes black even in safe mode they try connecting the laptop to an external monitor if still goes black, if yes then absolutely no issues with the LCD panel. You can try (uninstall and reinstall the video driver if still persist then this might end up replacing video card or motherboard, but before doing that update the BIOS first).
If does not goes black in ext monitor then the LCD panel might causes the problem. Reseat the LCD cable or inverter if you can.
Hi It seems that your computer is infected with a spyware. I will give you some steps to try and resolve this.
Step - ( This will remove spy wares from the computer ) Open this link and download Free superantispyware http://www.superantispyware.com/ Scan your computer with this and clean it.
If it does not let you download this, you need to try this in the "Safe mode with Networking"
Step to go to "Safe mode with Networking" Turn off the computer. As soon as you turn it on start tapping the key "F8" untill you get a black screen with options of "Safe mode" and "Safe mode with Networking", select the second one and than log on to the computer.
Your display will be big and distorted in safe mode, dont worry as its a diagnostics mode. Once downloaded the software you might need to rung the software in normal mode as sometimes this software does not work in the safe mode. To get back to the normal mode. Simply restart your computer.
