Stace is quite correct for UK users as channel frequencis have changed. Ireland is another problem unfortunately and the only Starview fix for now is the SV4SuperUSB

Not 100% certain that this'll work but this is what I did & hopefully it'll work for you too - good luck :-
Subject: Star View 3 The Box Super when channels discappear ;o) 1. Press menu then Factory Setting & Enter code 0000 to reset. 2. Exit to main menu & enter 1570 to get into the CASS SYSTEM & turn EMU on 3. Reinstall channels (Goto Installation, Cable network (try TW first & if no channels try NTL then C & W and so on - I'm with Virgin & used the setings for TW) & Voila ;o) Nb: You may have to redownload channels so reconnect yr box to the computer & follow the link below http://www.4shared.com/file/76886028/fd4ac296/GTRom_the_box_Super_8102e_081129.html?err=no-sess & press download !!!

See how everyone is saying to connect the box to the computer?
i may sound daft, but how exactly do you connect it and what do you connect?

A 6ya expert can help you resolve that issue over the phone in a minute or two.
Best thing about this new service is that you are never placed on hold and get to talk to real repairmen in the US.
The service is completely free and covers almost anything you can think of (from cars to computers, handyman, and even drones).
click here to download the app (for users in the US for now) and get all the help you need.
