Question about APC POWER BACKUP 500VA300W (APWBE500R) UPS System
I bought this back up a few months ago and I lost the manual. My problem is the battery, its not working. I am having a hard time getting the battery out because one of the connecters is not coming off the batery and i am afraid if I keep pulling at it, i might break it. Can anyone tell me how i can get one? Thanks Lisa

If unit has not been powered up in several months then chances are the battery is dead and needs to be replaced. The terminals on the battery are slip on and off. Don't worry about breaking anything, it can be recrimped if needed. Use a pair of plyers and take the connector off of the battery and replace it with a new one. Make sure you observe the battery polarity when replacing. + for red connector and - for black connector.
