GO TO THE LOGITECH WEB SITE AND AND DOWN LOAD THE LATEST DRIVERS FOR YOUR OS.MAKE SURE YOUR OLD LOGITECH DRIVERS HAVE BEEN REMOVED.THEN UNPLUG CAM AND REINSTALL NEW DRIVERS,THIS WILL FIX THE PROBLEM..NOT SURE WHICH DRIVER?THEY HAVE PICTURES YOU WILL SEE YOUR CAM.RICHARDM69
