I was gonna suggest downloading a vista operating system off a p2p program but i haven't been able to find one my self. Thats why i use XP and besides i'm beginning to think XP is the better one anyway. But any way Fred you'll have to have Vista in english and reinstall it. Sorry man i looked everywhere and no other solution.

SOURCE: stuck in french setting - need english

If you are using Windows XP (could beVista... but not certain)

Go to Start > Control Panel > Regional and Language Options:

Under your Regional Options Tab, be sure that it is set to English (United States) if that is where you reside.

Then go to the Language Tab, and under Text Service and Input Language, click on Details... be sure to select English under the Default Input Language. Click Apply to all windows and that should do it.

When I click on Printing preferences the whole thing comes in French could you please help me change it to english. Thank you in advance. My printer is Epson stylus CX3810

I am having problems trying to access their site at present, my internet connection is having problems, howerver http://www.epson.com/cgi-bin/Store/support/supDetail.jsp?infoType=Doc&oid=60421&prodoid=56291069
is a link to the latest information.
I expect the setting up is similar to an HP. If you run the installation disk again, you will find the language is the first or second item in the menu. Set it to English and away you go. You can then throw that college English to French phrase book away!
Hope this helps or at least brightens up your dilema.

My computer is all in french and i wanna change it to english

What was your original language?

If it was original in english and you changed. goto Control Panel, Regional and Language option and make sure everything is set for english .

If your original XP installation was in French, then you may have to obtain an English XP CD and re-install.

If I could be of further assistance, let me know. If this helps or solves the issue, please rate it.
Thanks, Joe

I have a logitech keyboard (model S10) and some how I switched it on to it's french keyboard setting. How do I cahnce it back to the english keyboard setting. Thanks!

delete the French from the keyboard setup section in windows, to cycle between them there should be a little box on the task bar if it is not locked this will, if clicked, offer selection of languages you have installed to use on the computer.En will be English and Fr is French etc etc.
