Hello Chub, Your motherboard manual can be downloaded at this link: If you go to page 2-31 in the above manual the diagram should show you exactly where your front panel power switch connects to your motherboard. You want to connect it to the position marked below as ?ATX Power Switch?. Let us know if you have any other questions and please don?t forget to rate the posting.

Dear... Mr.A. Ganesh
From Chennai(India)

pin configurations are printed in the mother carefully .it may be just few inches away from the front panel connector.

Even u cant find it...

you dont worry about it.You just assemble the

then switch on the main .

then short a moment( 1second ) at any two pins which is in the front panel connector ( using tester/sqrew driver);continiously cheak like this one by one pair of pin(Verticaly and Horizontaly).

when you short the corrrect pin, then system you can find it like this.then connect the power button easily.

I am 5 years Experienced Engineer. Mother Board should not get any problem doing like this.
Thank you

Power Switch

This board I think is an OEM board built by Asus for HP computers. Also named Pegasus.
Go here to find a PDF manual for that particular board -
On page 22, the last page, it shows you the pin-out for the connections for the front panel, ie - power button, reset, led's, etc. Hope this helps.
