Question about Haier XQJ50-31 Top Load Washer
The buttons used to select the wash cycle and the start/pause button won?t work. We have turned it on an off at the switch and at the wall but it does nothing. Last time it happened we even left it on for a while and waited for it to turn off automatically. This seemed to reset the machine and away it went (at least for a while). However, nothing has worked his time. I suspect that it has a loose connection. Does anyone have any ideas?
The hairdryer method does the trick. We always suspected that it was the humidity, but it may be temperature as well.

We had the same problem and use a hair dryer to blow hot air over the panel from say 300mm away - this seemed to work. We did a couple of time and has gone well since
