You can try to reinstall the printer drives. This fixes the printers most of the times. Let me know, thanks,

Xerox 560 error code 127-212


Error Codes

If an error caused the printing to end abnormally or a malfunction occurred in the printer, then an error message code (***-***) is displayed.

If an error code not described in the following tables is displayed, or the problem persists even after you have tried the following solutions, contact the Customer Support Center.

Tip

If an error code is displayed, all print data of the printer as well as print data stored in the built-in memory of the machine is discarded.

Error Code: 127-212
Error Category: Print; Other Problems
Cause: Detected an internal print check error by the FreeFlow
Print Services Controller.
Remedy: Remove and reinsert the command/video cable between the FreeFlow Print Services Controller and the printer. Power off and on both the printer and the FreeFlow Print Services Controller. If the problem persists, call the Customer Support Center.

I use Quickbooks Ver. 7.4 which prints to a Dell 1320C colour laser. For all reports, the printing is fine, but when I print the BAS statement I just get 2 blank pages. I should mention that the BAS...


Update your printer drivers, and quickbooks to the latest versions. A quick round about solution is to install a pdf printer (bullzip pdf or pdf forge) and print the report to that printer to create a pdf. Then print the pdf with your 1320c printer.

How may i print for Both Side Printing?


Hi,

Both side printing depends on the printer. It's a feature which require a hardware in the printer known as Duplexer. Which automatically turns the paper and prints on the other side. Some printer may not come with duplexer but if they support duplex printing, you can but the duplexer for the specific printer and attach it at the back of the printer.

If your printer supports duplex printing, when you click on print, click print preferences as shown in the fig 1 below.

Click on finishing tab >> put a check on Print on both sides under document optoins section

Click Ok to close the preferences window

Click Ok to send the print job to the printer

I just installed my third printer, a HP D2600, and the printer will print from Word and other installed programs, but will not print anything from the Internet using an email print icon or the printer icon...


this could be a very complex problem if you hooked your printer up to your pc prior to running the driver instalation disk. most printers requie you hook them up when qued by the install. the best advice i can give would be to uninstall the printer remove the printer connewction from the usb and insure it is removed from the device manager located in the properties section of you computer.

I have a MFC-665CW all-in-one printer. Can't print.


it sounds like your office is on a domain . you will need to join that domain in order to print to your offices printer. locate the name of the domain and join the domain in order to print to the printer. make sure that the printer is you default printer.

Printer receives command and prints but no image.

you can check your printer on control panel
click printer,propreties and your printer on maintenance tabs if your printer head is fine,try to click on testing if your printer is functioning and neccesary set up adjustment
should be done.have a nice bay,regards

Printer shows ready, whenI send a print job to the printers it displays printing, but does not print. The unable to cancel or remove printing jobs.


Check if the printhead starts moving when powering on the printer. The problem might lie in the printhead electrical contact pints in which case clean it gently. Alternatively replace the print cartridge where at least black ink is present. If these are OK but it wont pull in the paper then the rollers might be jammed. If its a laser printer,check by changing the tober cartridge amd post the result as a comment.........sodeep

Hp 5600 printer will not effectively cancel print


Please try to following these steps :-
1- Try to run print spool services from the services.msc
just type :- services.msc in the run command.
then restart the print spooler service.

2- Try to delete unprinted page from the print command.

3- Please download HP printing diagnostic utility for check printer problem :-

4- Try to uninstall and reinstall the printer.

I bought a Dell inspiron - 1526 computer. It says my Lexmark P4350 printer is compatible. It shows it is installed with the driver on my hard drive. I can't get it to show up when I need to choose a...


First go to control panel, and see if you can print a test page from the printers list (Right click the printer, properties, print test page button)

If you can't print a self-test, the disconnect the printer, uninstall the drivers, reboot, download the latest driver from support.lexmark.com, connect printer when prompted during drive install.

If you can print a self-test, then right click the printer icon, and click set as default, then reopen you application and try printing again
