If there are only 2 long screws they will most likely only be able to fit into 2 spots, trial and error at this point.

A) You did use an ESD wrist strap, and have it's alligator clip attached to a good ground source, right?
That way you don't have to worry about Static Shock issues, and frying out your laptop.

No?
You may have an expensive paperweight now.
(Although the motherboard does make a pretty good Frisbee)

Use any type of Anti-Static Precautions?

You did Follow Anti-Static Precautions? Good. Let's go on.

A) DC Power Jack

http://www.ebay.com/itm/DC-JACK-POWER-PORT-TOSHIBA-SATELLITE-A75-S2131-A75-S206-A75-S2061-A75-S276-/270935761721?pt=Laptop_Adapters_Chargers&hash=item3f1507a339

Not advertising, using for reference. (Photo views)

1) Battery removed check the Center Pin of the DC Power Jack. Does it move?
2) Cracked solder joints of DC Power Jack to motherboard?
Yes, means disassembly again to check.

B) Cables (Wires) are routed SPECIFICALLY through Channels and Latches.
1) Are they, or is one or more pinched by being in the wrong place?

C) Power On button board's FFC installed, in the SAME direction as when it came out? Lock Bar in place to keep FFC locked in?

FFC = Flat Flex Cable.

As you know it has no connector on the end. The motherboard has the ZIF connector. Zero Insertion Force.

http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Flexible_flat_cable

The flat contact pins of that FFC has to line back up in the ZIF connector on the motherboard, the same way it was when removed.

Broke the Locking Bar on the motherboard's ZIF connector, or the Body of the ZIF connector?
You're looking at motherboard replacement.

Post back in a Comment with your findings.

I cannot charg the battery I have toshiba satellite laptop A75-S206 ; and i can,t charg the battery tanks @ regard

Borrow a different 19V charger from a friend see if its just your charger if not then the DC jack most likely is damaged common issue with Toshiba and Acers. Good thing is Toshiba does not solder the DC jack it fits in a sleeve and plugs into the board. The Dc jack should run you around $5-$15 dollars the repair is a tare down to the boards right corner. Look on utube for "A75 tare down" should be a video floating around show you where the screws are. Shop would charge right around $100-$125 dollars if more they are ripping you off.

Laptop shows 'A network cable has been unplugged" every 5 seconds

The Cable may have loose connect to the RJ45 jack get another good cable and it will work. Also make sure that the clip on the RJ45 jack as not broken and make it click when you connect the jack to the Network port on your laptop

Will an A75-S206 power up on a/c if the battery is bad? Will it power up on a/c with out the battery installed?

Most laptops permit use from the charger alone even with the battery removed; I've used my lousy Compact for many months with the charging section for the batteries internally disconnected after it failed 2 months out of warranty. I'm a tech and knew how to disable the charger since I didn't use it much while under way anyhow.
