Question about HP Computers & Internet
HI, First thing you want to do is to start the PC and while its booting press F8 two or three times.
If you've done it properly a screen with couple of option will appear. Choose the LAST KNOWN GOOD CONFIGURATION.
The PC will then try to start Windows.
If it doesn't work try the same thing but this time choose the START WINDOWS IN SAFE MODE option.
If it still doesn't work you will have to reinstall your OS.
Hope it helps
Please let me know if you need anything

a 6ya expert can help you resolve that issue over the phone in a minute or two.
best thing about this new service is that you are never placed on hold and get to talk to real repairmen in the US.
the service is completely free and covers almost anything you can think of (from cars to computers, handyman, and even drones).
click here to download the app (for users in the US for now) and get all the help you need.
