Format the computer dude... if you need to save any documents or so.. just run a live linux distro (anyone would do) (or mount your hard drive on another windows-based computer if linux is not going for you) copy your files to some usb stick.. and burn the hell out of the virus with a fresh copy of windows...

Remove virus of my computer

Restart your computer repeatedly tapping the f8 key to enter safe mode while the screen is black once in safe mode where the only things working will be your keyboard and mouse allowing you to attempt to repair your computer
Reboot the computer As the computer is booting repeatadly press the F8 key as the computer is booting If done properly the user should get to a screen similar to the below screen. Select the option for Safe mode command prompt only Windows Advanced Options Menu
Please select an option: Safe Mode
Safe Mode with Networking
Safe Mode with Command Prompt Enable Boot Logging
Enable VGA mode
Last Known Good Configuration (your most recent settings that worked)
Directory Services Restore Mode (Windows domain controllers only)
Debugging Mode Start Windows Normally
Reboot
Return to OS Choices Menu Use the up and down arrow keys to move the highlight to your choice select the safe mode option then run your antivirus if still cant get rid of the virus restart again Use the up and down arrow keys to move the highlight to your choice. select safe mode with networking download anti malware and microsoft security essentials http://www.microsoft.com/en-us/download/virus-malware.aspx?q=virus anti virus and malware http://windows.microsoft.com/en-US/windows/products/security-essentials

Our computer got a problem on loging in every application installed. .i think theres a virus on it. . .im a begginer on computer i want to learn how to format it. . .the application run but in a few hours...

Which application are you talking about?

Ina any event, you probably do not need to reformat it.
The issue may be more to do with profile corruption.
Create a new log in user (Go To Control Panel through the link on your start menus, find User Accounts, and then add a new one.)

Once you have done this, restart your computer and use this log in instead of your original one.
See if the problem has gone away now.

If it hasnt and you believe you have a virus, update your AntiVirus program, assuming you have one, and instruct it to run a full scan. Then leave the computer alone for 3 or 4 hours to let it run.

I restarted my computer cause it was being slow. i restarted it and it came up to the log in screen normally. then i logged in. and it went to a blue screen with just the mouse. nothing else. only thing i...

When the computer is booting up repeatedly press the F8 key it will give you a boot up menu - which includes use last known good system, and safe mode...

Only use last good known configuration if you have done nothing to the system like install new software etc... if you have installed new software, updated drivers etc go into safe mode and undelete them...

Its usually a good idea to use the boot logging feature which can often tell you what's gone wrong.

Not able to log onto profile

Hi there
The operating system is damaged beyond repair, the virus2009 is a Win32 trojan virus which has ravaged the windows directory folder, whatever you try to do now nothing will work, the only option you have now is to recover the system with a recovery or windows installation CD/DVD this does mean you will loose all the data from c drive unless you plug it up to another computer as a slave and recover your data before reinstall.

Good luck and thanks for using Fixya!!!!
