Question about Epson Stylus Photo R220 InkJet Printer
The printer was printing fine and after a few sheets, it stopped when the solid red teardrop light came on. It remains on. Does this mean it is out of ink and how do I bring up the ink level chart which I cannot seem to find in the control panel?
I hooked up the printer to my old computer which has Windows XP. My new computer has Vista. The problem is with Vista as it does not allow me access to the ink monitor levels as is not the case with XP. This is one problem that I have noticed with Vista and would like to know if there is a quick fix for this. How can they put out a product inferior to Windows XP? There must be a download of some kind to fix this problem.
