Key pad Does not work!! HELP

ok so one day my razr just decided to stop working...the screen went out first and i couldnt see anything but everything seemed to work other than the screen...so i turned it off and started using an old phone of mine...i came back to the razr and it turned on...the screen worked and everything...BUT THE KEYS DONT WORK! the end key is the only one that works....every other key responds as if it were the up volume key on the side of the phone....its weird....anytime i hit a key the volume control comes up...and thats all...every key does the same thing! what can i do???
