Try to check your cable pin from the monitor to PC. Maybe one of the pins broke.
If you are using a video card, try to see if it is inserted in the video card slot. if problem still exist try to reconnect it to the built in video card slot of your PC. You may try also the monitor maybe its the problem. Switch on the monitor with out connecting the cable to the CPU. Check if some display will appear in the screen. If none its your monitor must be check First.
You might have forgotten to install the video card driver. it works best i you refer it to Technician on parts and accessories of Computers.

Thanks,

If the motherboard has also integrated graphics check the BIOS settings, u can set up with what video card to start. Are u sure all other components are good (including power supply )? Does it make any beeps ?

If all components are good and it still not working then the chipset or something else on the motherboard is bad, and u;ll nead a new motherboard....

I have a gigabyte p4 pc, when i power it on the fan runs but it gives out a continuous beep. checked ram, processor on another motherboard, cleaned the motherboard, checked for loose cards and cables

The continous beep usually means a memory failure (RAM) or video memory if a plugin card is used.

Check to be sure the unit sees all of the memory, a weak power source( without AC adapter) could cause a partial failure of one memory card.

Another fault would be that the battery is very low on charge and won't accept any charge.

BAD Battery.

hope it helps

Display Problem with Intel 845GVSR MB : My computer running on Intel 845GVSR MB with 2.4 GHz Intel Pentium 4 Processor and 768 MB RAM and 80 GB HDD . When I start the computer nothing appears on...

Reset the CMOS setup after putting the battery. You have 768MB RAM. So check with the alternate memory module with different slots. If not helpful, check the RAM with another PC. Lastly get the BIOS updated or motherboard repaired from component level motherboard repairer. You may have damaged the motherboard by putting undue pressure while plugging the connectors.

Then pull cmos cell from motherbord for 10 minutes.
Refix RAM memory.
Reconnect ATX power connector to motherboard.

No display smps ram Processor ok

Did U try to unmount the CMOS Battery and shorting the CLRTC Jumper? If not, first check whether UR CMOS Battery is OK. If the Battery is more than 1 years old, try replace it.
