How long have you owned the unit? With this many features not working it sounds like the unit is defective. If it is under warranty have it repaired/replaced under the manufacturer warranty by contacting the manufacturer. If it's not under warranty just replace it as you can get a comparable mp3 player for about 20$ or less. Thank you.
plz explain it..........
which type of problem you are facing..??/
if your pendrive is detected but not working....
check it on others system if problem exists.....
then change it if it is in warranty period......
Remove battery for at least one minute, then reinstall battery and try again, if mp3 player still won't play replace battery. If the unit still doesn't work then it must be sent to manufacture for repair if still under warranty. If out of warranty it may be cheaper to purchase a new unit.
There are no proprietary batteries for the Philips SA3025 - if it is not working, and it was purchased within 1 year, call Philips and see if you can get an in-warranty repalcement. If you are out of warranty, the spec sheet and manual on this model lists the generic type of battery that you will need:
Find out if the player is still in warranty - glass cleaner/ammonia is bad for these type of electronics - the damage is irreversible - i have heard heroic stories of people "drying" out their mp3 players- they have ALL failed
