Re: water puddle under fridge
Sounds like a drain clog in the freezer compartment above. remove the freezer rear panel and totally defrost the evaporator area, directly under the evap you see( under all taht ice) a small drain hole that has become frozen over, try defrosting with either a hair dryer( not a heat gun too much heat youl melt everything) or by pouring hot water donw the drain until you get a free flow of water down the tube. after its clear reassemble and you should be fine
I have the same model and the drain was plugged from day one, I had to force the drain open by sticking a thin wire down the drain hole, 4 years later and I'm having issues with the defrost mechanism. I would like to reapir by myself if I can figure out how to get the panel over the temp controls off the top of the fridge and what the part is

If it is an automatic defrost fridge the it will have a hose draining down into a container under the fridge, make sure it is draining where it should and has,not become dislodged. Some have a small tray with either pipes inside it or an electric heater. Some have a container sitting on top of the compressor, both of these are used to evaporate the water.
check to make sure there are no holes in the water catcher.
if you have an electric heater that is not functioning then the container will be already full of water and at each defrost cycle will overflow onto the floor.
water is coming from condensation from the compressor coil. usually this will evaporate fast enough to not puddle on the floor. check the plastic line running down the back of the fridge to see that it's not broken or pulled out. while you have the fridge out, clean the coil by blowing it out with compressed air and clean the pan under the compressor as best you can. Hope this helps
The problem with your refrigertor is that the defrost drain is plugged up. After you get the ice buildup out of the freezer section you will have to locate the drain system. It is in the back of the freezer at the very bottom. It needs to be cleaned out. Hope this at least leads you in the right direction.
you hear a constant running water sound? look in your manual under "normal operating sounds". it explains all of the sounds. it sounds like you're hearing the refrigerant going thru your evap. coil located behind the rear frzr panel. you unit goes into the defrost cycle roughly every 8hrs and water drip down into the condensate pan un the refrig.
if you have a thin sheet of ice in the bootom of the freezer your drain is clogged, use a hair dryer to lossen the ice sheet and get it out of the way, heat up the drain hole and pull the frig. out from the wall, use a hanger or something you can usr to clear the drain tube, last get a hot half cup water with alittle beach and pour it down the drain, your done, let me know how you do-ike
