Re: Can you help please?
Dear, did u tried or open the internal cassing . i think any button is permantly pressed or causing this problem. u have to open the cover again of if first time then clean its keypad and then intially charge the full battery and then check. try to do a master reset/default factory at the end, if issue is still persisting. But save contacts and sms first. reset can delete them

You can try to try a different charger,if it doest charge the battery, try to use your charger to a compatible phone. If it charge the second phone, that means that your charger is fine,it might be a battery issue. For sure, either the battery or the charger needs replacing.
Most cells use LiPo batteries, which can be very tempermental. If they are fully discharged (used until they will not power item any longer) more than a few times, they can lose the ability to hold a charge. Also, check the phone's users manual for correct battery charge times, as many Li/Po batteries will show a full charge before they are actually fully charged, particularly for the first few charges. If your battery isn't holding a charge, the easy fix is to replace it, but if the phone/battery is less than 6-12 months old, I'd ask my cell provider to replace it as defective.
Your battery MOST LIKELY has lost some of the battery cells, which will cause it to get a partial charge which will show it as a FULL charge when in fact it isn't getting a full charge. You should try taking it to get the battery tested and they can tell you if it needs to be replaced. I would guess they are going to replace it for you. A new battery should run around $90 for a motorcycle. Let me know if this helps you out. Jeff from fixya
if its a new battery it could be as simple as it wasn't charged when you purchased it, If it was charged and your mower isn't charging it, the power source to the battery from the mowers motor isn't working properly,, not knowing if its a 12 or 6 volt system you need to check the battery ,, see which one it is,, using a multimetter ( if its 12v ) check the battery after you charge it with an outside source ( battery charger) you would have a reading of 12-12.5 volts on a normal check,, then start the mower, and check the battery as its running,, you should get a reading of 13-13.5 volts minimum, if your not, the alternator or magneto isn't working properly, if you do show the increased voltage at the battery connections, then you need to clean the contacts since the charge isn't reaching the actual battery
hi ... i think your battery charge is gone under minimum limit ... Please try charging your mobile with another battery and try to switch on your mobile and after five min remove the battery, charge with your battery and see whether its charging or wat??
any rechargable battery is to be treated like that way
1 -never leave the empty battery without charging any way because if you get it uncharged for one day you loose life time
2- charge it emmideatly after use for two hours or to end charging sign
3- evry two months try to completly discharge it and re charge
4- don't leave the batt, not working for more that 4 months
5- if you want to leave for more that 3 months charge it well and comletly
