Question about Samsung YP-K5 MP3 Player
I recently purchased a YP-K5 MP3 Player, when installing the hardware onto my computer, the action was not happening. The reason, no drivers for this was available. I have tried everything and even downloaded the Driver Detective which did not work either. Is there anyone out there who can help please?
Make sure your Windows Media Player installation is complete and uncorrupoted. Try reinstalling WMP11 from the Microsoft website (WGA workarounds do not work for this purpose). Also try updating your USB drivers: just delete the existing ones in Device Manager, reboot and let Windows reinstall them.

You should not need a driver if you using Windows XP or Vista.
Windows will recognize the driver as a Mass storage device.
but you can also try this website.
Hope it helps

a 6ya expert can help you resolve that issue over the phone in a minute or two.
best thing about this new service is that you are never placed on hold and get to talk to real repairmen in the US.
the service is completely free and covers almost anything you can think of (from cars to computers, handyman, and even drones).
click here to download the app (for users in the US for now) and get all the help you need.
