No spark

The Engine and Automatic Transmission (not applicable to manual transmissions) in this vehicles drive train are fully electronically controlled by a computer called the PCM and TCM (Power Train Control Module, Transmission Control Module). When a problem like this or other drive-ability related problems occurs the computer stores a record of the problem (there are of course some exceptions to this, like the fuel pump, engine coolant temperature sensor and MAF sensor for instance) in the form of a fault code in its memory, to read these fault codes you must have the systems memory scanned with a special tool. Once the fault code(s) are read you then must perform the appropriate diagnostic testing to find and resolve the problem(s) DO NOT REPLACE ANY PARTS UNTIL A TRAINED TECHNICAIN HAS DIAGNOSED THE PROBLEM TO AVOID SPENDING YOUR HARD EARNED MONEY ON PARTS THAT MAY NOT CORRECT THE PROBLEM. Also always check fuel pressure for correct spec for your make and engine type.

Need serial number for versacheck

That problem will be hard to find unless you have access to a scan tool but most likely its 1 of the relays either fuel or auto shut down there are several fuses that also control these relays they are #13 and N- T- and W in the power distrubution box I hope this helps you

My friend to told me that her lights were deam more lightly I know that it could be the battery. or it could be the alternator

There is a voltage regulator, that regulate the amount of electrical current from your alternator to distrubute to the car, so the car will run stable even if you have your lights, radio on. from my point of understanding, it's your alternator that is causing this, and when your friend turns on her light, the voltage regulator is trying to provide power for the light bulb, but yet keep the engine working. It's kinda like a house, where you have your tv on, and lights on, and then your turn on like the vacumm and the lights dim a little bit because electrical current being distrubute.

No fire to spare pluge

The 5.2 V8 has a distrubuter that has to get key on power and ground. After that tested or corrected to good, then the coil should be tested for key on power if it's not there that circuit needs found. Lets say its good then the distrubuter pick up the in the distrubuter can fail their $50 and most stores will have them in stock, their easy to change provided that your a good mechanic enought to be able to get the distrubutor cap and rotor on and off with out much troble

2010 distrubuter problems

The timing gear is made from material which will break if the gears are not meshed correctly, if the distrubiter has come loose at some time, this can chew out the timing gear and leads to all sorts of problems (ie correct timing)
