- exact same problem, camera is one year old. Same thing, camera was dropped a small distance and now get lens error.
Is there any chance to open the camera and free up the lens?

WITH THE CAMERA YOU HAVE , IT IS BEST TO GET ANOTHER ONE BECAUSE THE LABOR AND PARTS EXCEED THE VALUE OF THE CAMERA .
tHE NEW CAMERAS ARE OLD WITH BETTER FEATURES AND EVEN LESS MONEY .
THE LENSE BARREL ASSEMBLY IS PRETTY EXPENSIVE .
