Question about Canon PIXMA MX310 All-In-One Printer
I have added Airport Extreme to my main home computer and then the Pixma printer. It is recognized as the printer on the Airport but when I try to print a document, the message is printer is not connected. Before I repeat the same procedure on the home laptop, have I missed a step?
Try to check your cable connection maybe its properly inserted in your port. If it continues to appear try reinstalling your printer. When installing follow the steps in the installation. Disconnect the usb cable to the PC prior to installation. You will be ask to attached it to the PC during installation before completing the installation. Check also your network settings maybe some plug ins are disconnected. After installation it needs also to restart the pc so that new changes of the settings will be detected.
Please rate this solution so that I will have more bases to suggest if you will elaborate on the result.
