the usb modem you are using is compatible with windows vista but for that u need to install the driver software ie sxc 1080 vista dialer 32 bits . you can download this software from the tataindicom site which is www.tataindicom.com. windows 98 and vista have different software compatibility.
They might be able to help you out if you call them but there is nothing available on their website or anywhere else that I see on the web. The product appears to be older then Vista and might have never had a Vista driver made for the product.
There is a VERY good chance that your USB HSPA Modem is not compatible/complient with Microsoft Vista. There are very few older parts on the market that are compatible.
You can also go to the manufacture web site of the HSPS modem and see if there are any Vista Drivers. If not, then you are out of luck.
Hi I'm Sathiya. I use Windows Vista Home Basic platform. I recently bought a TATA Indicom Plug to Surf connection. It had issues with drivers. I went to Tata indicom site and downloaded the latest driver for Vista. After installing the drivers, my connection is working fine. Make sure that you choose the right version.
