Question about Pioneer CDJ-800MK2 Turntable
When playing a quiet break with no beats i notice the sound that should be constant like a synth string sound or long vocal is very slightly broken like a "gate" effect. it does it on just burnt cd and older ones. i use gold cdr so not cheap ones. have not checked with shop bought cd s as download all music at 320kbs and burn to wav. ideas appretiated and rough cost if you can please. thanks. kev.
This probably has nothing to do with the CDJ unit, and more to do with your recording speed and quality. Record at either 2x or 4x - yes, I know it's slow, but you'll get a better quality recording out of it.
