You need to follow instructions received with the box. The codes and details are available here bigmaq toolbar. Google it ! It may take some reading but you should get it sorted. It is just a matter of putting numbers and letters in for frequecies.
What you need to do go to this website... www.chatterbox.cc.toolbar.com down load the toolbar and install it onto your computer. once you have opened the tool bar go to files & fixes you will find a list of eurovox models and select yours and follow the instructions.
