On some models of toshiba laptops they can only be reset by a toshiba laptop repair center. I believe your laptop is one of them. How it works is when you turn the laptop on there is a special keycode combination that you push and then you have to call advanced technical support and they give you a special code back to unlock it. Advanced Technical support will only talk to Toshiba repair center techs.

This password is your backdoor password behind the BIOS chip,you can not reset only remove the cmos battery.You should take a risk ,if you do not do please take a help by your nearest technician.

You should take a risk or take help from your local technician.Because this password is not recoverable, with the simply remove the cmos battery , it is placed behind the cmos chip .please follow the link.
