Hi - I have a reproduction W64KO that I inherited. I don't have a user's manual but it cools. I would like to know how to switch it from free soda dispensing to 1.00 price. Do you know how to switch it and also how I can over ride the button once the door is open to see if it will dispense the can?

Hey, I plugged this machine in a few hours ago and the soda inside is still warm. The machine is making some noise but not cooling. I purchased some R-134A refrigerate but can not seem to find where the connection is to fill it. Please help
Any refrigeration company that can handle vending machines should be able to repair/replace the compressor - and check if it is good or not. If they fix bar fridges, then that is similar in size to the compressor used. Spare compressors are available from Wurlitzer - contact me @ www.flippers.com for costs and a copy of the manual.
If any of your drinks are freezing you need to adjust your temp setting. The suggested setting is 5. changing the temp setting basically tells the refrigerator to stop cooling when the temp hits a low degree, and to start cooling when it hits a high degree. This keeps your drinks not to hot, not too cold, but just right. If this doesn't work I would change the cold control altogether, it might've went bad. If you have a few minutes, locate the condensor fan (bottom) and make sure it is periodically turning on and off like it should.
Sounds like a defrost problem. Check to see if
there is any frost buildup in the back wall of the freezer. If so, it is not
defrosting as it should.
bad defrost timer
bad defrost heater (in freezer)
bad thermo switch in freezer
If you don’t know what these are then unplug the machine and let the ice
melt in the freezer overnight with the door open. Then try it the next day, if
is cooling fine then you need to have a service person replace one of the above
items. if you already checked this and think
it is a different problem then let me know, i will help you figure it out. Mike
