It's very possible, do you get the sound intro when the Xbox starts?

When did you purchase this system? It hasn't started up since you brought it home?

Well if you had the system plugged into a HD-TV running at 1080p and the new TV you plugged into doesn't support that resolution the screen will be blank; plugging in the RCA cable switches the game system to a compatible resolution because 1080p is impossible with just standard RCA. Are you using a HDMI, HD-RCA, RCA, or RF cable?

When turning on your system do not let go your finger until you hear a second beep, let go your finger and your image should come back with 1080P. for more info or question contact us at www.1repairstop.com

My Wii console will turn on, but no signal is received at the TV. The console powers up, you can load and eject discs into it but nothing comes up on the TV. I tried switching TV's and it still didn't...

If you switched tvs and no help than that tells you that the cable that hooks the wii to the tv is probably bad try a new component video or rca cable whichever you are using

I bought a second hand one and although the console is working and you can hear the game loading nothing comes up on the tv screen. have tried different scart cable and tvs and still nothing.

try holding you finger over the power button for a while when you turn it on this will reset the video settings, it might be set to a video setting that your tv does not support by a previous owner, i have ran into this problem when taking my system to friends houses

Frys tvs .luckly they were old 13" tvs .dont have any more tvs that I would want to fry .this happened twice hooked to tv in travel trailer, turned on tv went out checked wall voltage 118 volts rca...

this could be your power brick being faulty and letting to much power through to the xbox and earthing it through the TV resulting in the TV frying.
try changing your AV cables from the xbox to TV and your power brick and leads going to the console

No singal to tv whith av cable we tryed two cables but nothing and we also tryed difrent tvs

Do you get anything via HDMi?

Hook back up to your TV again, turn TV on and turn PS3 on, once you hear your PS3 make a beep, press and hold the power button for 5 seconds and it will then beep again, at this point take your finger off the button.

this resets the PS3 resolution and output settings, so if it was just a resolution error this will fix it and you should then eventually get a signal on screen.

But after doing this and you still get nothing then it's time to look at it being an about problem with your unit relating to the motherboard.

Hope this has helped.

Theres a wave going across the tv screen whenever my ps3 three is on i tried different av cables a new power cord and nothing helped

has nothing to do with your tv or ps3 or xbox ive had this problem and fixed it...you are simply running to many things in the house or on that specific circut at once and the ps3 and tv are not getting enough juice.

Neither of my N64s will appear on screen

But are you using the same cable? If you've changed games, tvs, systems... But still using the same cables.. The cable could be the problem.

XBOX360 has sound but NO VIDEO

the only time this has happened with me (and a few times as well) is when the av cable is not pushed in properly in the back of the console.
