Format my phone

type a number= *#7370# and your password .. your phone is Format now.

for hard format you may either leave or remove your sim and your mmc, turn your phone off, make sure its fully charged, hold press the ( call key, *, and 3) while holding turn on your phone, don't let go yet those 3 keys you are pressing until the word "FORMATTING' appears,

To format the phone and delete everything inside.

From the main screen type *#7370# you will be asked for the security code. If it has not been changed, the default is 12345. The phone will begin to format. Note this will delete everything from the phone. Please backup any content that you would like to keep before doing this process.
