Question about Office Equipment & Supplies
The language that appears when setting up the lexmark 4550 appears to be japanese or something and I can't change it. I've tried resetting to factory default settings and this doesn't work either. I can't proceed with the install since I can't get it to reset to English.
The tip shared in the first paragraph of
rhong on Nov 28, 2008 was PERFECT , it is not only to press start color and back key with power button until it shuts down it is to turn the power button on while pressing the back and start color keys.. a little note comes on the screen saying "lang cleared" ...
THANK YOU RHONG !!!!
