I was able to find the MSN TV Set Up Guide Manual online. Within it was the list of codes for various brands of TVs. One of those for Toshiba TV was in bold print. I used the instructions for entering the code and used that bold printed code. The remote worked both the Toshiba TV and the MSN TV2 unit after that code was entered. Apparently the remote had lost the original code somehow.
press "MENU" on remote, then press button directly below the "OK" button on remote 3 times to highlight "USER SETUP", then press the "OK" button on remote, then press the button directly under "OK" button 2 times on remote to highlight "TV TYPE" , then press left or right button directly beside "OK" button on remote to change it to "NTSC" .
If you loaded a new program, make sure you check your DiSeqc switch settings if you are using one. Also make sure your dish is align properly. Try to do a blind scan to see if you pick up anything that is available from the satellite.
If nothing works, I would suggest to check C13 and C14 for bulging conditions, if they are defective; you will need to change them.
